・We are currently receiving a large number of reservations and inquiries, so it may take some time for us to respond. We will respond in order.
– If you wish to receive treatment for nasolabial fold growth factors and have had hyaluronic acid injected into your nasolabial folds, it may be necessary to dissolve the hyaluronic acid. If you have had hyaluronic acid injected into your nasolabial folds before, please inform us when making your reservation.
– We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide treatment to those who are pregnant or may be pregnant, or those undergoing cancer treatment. (We do sell some doctor’s cosmetics. Please inquire.)
– If you are breastfeeding, we regret to inform you that you will need to stop breastfeeding for three months after the treatment for growth factor and Botox treatments. Hyaluronic acid injections are possible if you are able to stop breastfeeding for 48 hours after the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide thorough and careful medical care to each patient, we operate a reservation-only system and reserve enough time for each reservation. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from canceling just before or on the day of your reservation, or canceling without permission.
Please contact us at least 2 days before your reservation. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. (There are unavoidable reasons for cancellation, so if you receive treatment at a later date, we will discount the cancellation fee.)
