We are currently receiving a large number of reservations and inquiries. It may take some time for us to respond, but we will reply in the order in which inquiries are received.
If you are considering growth factor treatment for nasolabial folds and have previously received hyaluronic acid injections in the same area, the hyaluronic acid may need to be dissolved first. Please inform us when making your reservation.
We are unable to provide medical treatments to patients who are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are currently undergoing cancer treatment. Some doctor-developed cosmetic products may still be available. Please contact us for details.
If you are breastfeeding, you will need to stop breastfeeding for three months following growth factor or Botox treatment. Hyaluronic acid injections may be possible if breastfeeding can be paused for 48 hours after treatment.
Cancellation Policy
To provide every patient with attentive and thorough medical care, our clinic operates by appointment only and reserves sufficient time for each patient.
Please avoid last-minute cancellations, same-day cancellations, and cancellations without prior notice.
Please contact us at least two days before your appointment. The following cancellation fees may apply.
We understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise. If you receive treatment at a later date, the cancellation fee may be deducted from your treatment fee.
